Where treatment records include photographs, images are stored privately by default. Public use only takes place with your explicit consent.

Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to answer the enquiry and complete related work. Customer records are retained for the periods required by tax and accounting law.

You may ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, request correction, or ask for it to be deleted subject to any legal retention requirements.
