Which residential areas do you cover?
Residential treatments are available across London and surrounding areas. If you are a little further out it is still worth asking.
Do you need my full address when I enquire?
No. A postcode is enough at enquiry stage so we can tell you whether we can reach you. We only ask for the full address once a visit is arranged.
What should I prepare before the visit?
Very little. Clear small items from the area you would like us to look at and give us somewhere to stand. There is no need to vacuum first.
Can I request more than one demonstration area?
Yes. Tell us what you are most curious about, for example a rug and a mattress, and we will agree what is practical when we arrive.
Can I book a one-off treatment?
Yes. Many homes start with a single room or a single furnishing and leave it there.
Is recurring care available?
Yes. Where a home has pets, heavy use or a furnishing you want kept on top of, we can agree a repeat visit at an interval that suits you.
